One month prior
Savvy will consult you, to review wedding details. This includes:
- BEO (Banquet Event Order)
- Vendor contact list
- Desired set-up of ceremony and reception
- Any other important details you would like to stress on your big day
Rehearsals
We're there, onsite, at all rehearsals up to the big day!
Wedding Day
Excited to give your personalized touch to your big day, Savvy is onsite providing the best of the best
service (and shoulder to cry on) as needed. Here are a few things we'll take care of so you can rest your pretty little Louboutin's:
- Wedding day Timeline distribution to all involved
- Venue is exactly as you want it to be, along with all vendor set ups during the actual ceremony and reception
- All payments and tips to vendors
- Dressing the bridal party
- Transporting personal items from ceremony to reception as needed
- DJ, Photography, and Floral Coordination
- Wedding Guest seating direction and coordination
